Why Consultant Alliance
We formed the Consultant Alliance to fill a major gap in the professional consulting market. Before the Alliance there were two options; to use separate consultancies in each country or select one of the very large global consulting practices. Clients found that local consultancies lacked global expertise and the major consultancies were extremely expensive, and their consultants often lacked real world experience. The Consultant Alliance truly provides local expertise with a global view – for multinational clients.
What’s Different with Us?
Firstly, we focus on experience and expertise. Our consultants have real world experience of managing services and delivering global projects. We really have “been there and done it”. As an Alliance of experts we are also able to offer lower costs than the major consultancies with their overheads.

Who are We?
The consultant alliance is a group of seven companies with similar values, ethics, and consulting methodologies. As an integrated global network of ICT consultants, we cover 9 countries and 5 continents. Our combined expertise in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) is extensive. Our expertise spans ICT transformation strategies through implementation projects and operational guidance. The Consultant Alliance currently undertakes projects in the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia with expectations of expansion as our network grows.
The Alliance specializes in supporting multinational organizations to help realize their digital ambitions through development and implementation of global and regional projects.

As a management consultant, I have specialized over the years in the negotiation and control of IT and telecommunications services. Since 2011 I have started the entrepreneurial activity, first as a freelance and then as a founding partner and sole director of Capcost Srl, where we daily support Buyers, Purchasing Managers and IT managers to innovate, negotiate, control, optimize, plan and account for the costs of services. ICT. We adopt a tailored approach to consulting that ranges from advisory to outsourced management of the product category.
Beth English Founder and Principal Consultant, brings more than 30 years of domestic and international experience to every project. She has a deep understanding of the current upheaval in technology, the shift from tactile to virtual, and the focus on information rather than objects as a primary resource.
Beth brings the transformative thinking required to address the ubiquitous connectivity of today’s world. She is committed to helping clients improve both their short-term results while implementing long-term strategies for transformational success. For the past several years, Beth’s focus has been in the Contact Center/Customer Experience, Unified Communications and Collaboration, in addition to Public Safety.
She holds a BSBA in Management Science, a Master’s in Telecommunications and a Master’s in Project Management. Beth is a regular contributor to industry publications, a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a long time member of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants International (SCTC), having served as President of the Board of Directors, currently chairing the 911 Task Force.
Brian has over thirty years experience providing strategy, direction and management of Telecommunications systems and operations.
Eric provides strategic planning expertise for digital transformation projects involving cloud services and cyber security.
More than 25 years of experience working with large enterprise on strategic sourcing of ICT-infrastructure and Network-Connectivity.
20 years of technical and commercial experience in the telecom and IT sectors with major accounts
